This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules governing use of the SiteDay website, platform, and mobile applications. This policy forms part of the SiteDay Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

SiteDay is intended for legitimate business purposes connected with field service operations, maintenance, installations, inspections, and related service activities.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the Service to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Storing or distributing illegal material
• Uploading malicious software, scripts, or code
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Interfering with the operation or security of the platform
• Distributing spam or unsolicited communications
• Storing or transmitting content that is abusive, defamatory, or offensive

3. Security and System Integrity

Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, reverse engineer the platform, probe for vulnerabilities, overload the service, or otherwise compromise the integrity or availability of the Service.

4. Data Responsibility

Organisations are responsible for the data they enter into SiteDay, including customer records, site information, job details, service notes, and uploaded media. Organisations must ensure they have the necessary rights to store and process that information.

5. Protection of Personal Data

Users must handle personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Personal information must only be accessed and used for legitimate operational purposes.

6. Enforcement

SiteDay may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may remove content, suspend access, restrict services, terminate accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
