SiteDay Software Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SiteDay website, software platform, and mobile applications (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Service.

1. Who We Are
SiteDay is a field service management platform designed to help organisations manage engineers, jobs, assets, sites, maintenance activity, and service records.

Account Information
- Name

- User role
- Encrypted authentication data
Operational Data
Organisations using SiteDay may store customer contact information, site addresses, job records, visit notes, service history, asset records, uploaded photos, and related documentation.
Location Data
The SiteDay Engineer mobile application may collect location data while the app is in use to record engineer visit attendance and service activity. Location data is not used for advertising or background tracking.
Photos and Media
Users may capture and upload photographs to document installations, service work, maintenance activity, defects, and site conditions.
Device and Diagnostic Data
We may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, and crash diagnostics to maintain reliability and security.
3. How We Use Information

- Consent – where users explicitly grant permissions such as location or camera access within the mobile application
5. Mobile Application Permissions
The SiteDay mobile applications may request certain device permissions in order to provide core functionality.
- Camera – used to capture photographs of installations, maintenance work, and site conditions
- Photos / Media Storage – used to upload and store images relating to visits and asset records
- Location – used while the app is in use to record visit attendance and service activity
- Internet Access – required to communicate with the SiteDay cloud platform
6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted communications, access controls, authentication, and secure cloud infrastructure.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use carefully selected third-party providers for services such as hosting, infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment processing, and diagnostics. These providers process data only as needed to operate the Service.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Organisations control the operational data they enter into the platform.
9. User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data. Requests can be sent to privacy@siteday.pro.
10. Children’s Privacy
SiteDay is intended for business use by adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
